On-site service and maintenance is available through the Eclipse Global Services network of field service technicians and factory-authorized service providers strategically located throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.  In North America, service and maintenance can be scheduled through the Eclipse Service Action Center at 815-637-7335 or globalservice@eclipsenet.comEmergency phone support is also available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the Service Action Center. Click here for a copy of the Support Programs Bulletin. 

Start-Up/Commissioning Service

When an Eclipse certified service technician is called upon to perform the initial start up your new Eclipse equipment, you can be assured that the job will be done right and done efficiently.  Each certified service technician is well trained in the start up of Eclipse equipment by the people who design and manufacture the equipment.  The technical resources of Eclipse stand behind every Eclipse certified service technician to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

The Eclipse Service Action Center can dispatch a certified service technician to your site to troubleshoot and repair your process heating equipment.  All repairs are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty and most replacement parts are backed by a 12-month warranty.

Gas Booster inspection, Maintenance & Repair

A thorough gas booster inspection provides valuable information for managing the maintenance, repair or replacement of this equipment. Key components are cleaned and functionality is verified. Motor maintenance including re-greasing of larger motors (3HP or Larger) is recommended. On-site and depot repair services are also available.

Burner Tune-Up Service

Maintaining the correct air/fuel ratio is critical to the performance and efficiency of your process heating equipment.  Even a five percent gain in the efficiency can add up to thousands of dollars in fuel savings over a one-year period.

Preventive Maintenance

A well-planned preventive maintenance program can play a major role in maximizing uptime and avoiding the aggravations of unexpected and costly downtime.  Preventive maintenance impacts the reliability, efficiency, and overall performance of your combustion equipment.  Work can be scheduled and performed on a time and materials basis or as part of a Support Agreement.

Priority Response

When every minute counts, service calls can be elevated to a Priority Response status to ensure the fastest possible response regardless of the circumstances.  Priority Response is available on individual service calls or as an annual subscription.
