High energy transfer is produced in high flow situations by using our proprietary dimple plate design. The dimpled surface creates air flow turbulence as the air passes through the unit. Heat transfer is further enhanced by using a counterflow design.

As your cold process air enters the heat exchanger, it is directed over the corrugated plates counter flow to the hot waste airstream. Heat from the waste air is absorbed by the plates and transferred to the cooler airstream. The preheated process air then exits the unit as recovered heat you can reuse or recycle.
